Baillie wanted to overcome manual, routine operational steps involved in the financial settlement and closing of production orders.

- The automation agent automatically picks (TECOED) Technically completed production orders.
- For every order it performs the cost analysis by analyzing the quantity, batch prices, and variance between Goods Issue & Goods Receipts. It run this to settle the cost to main / original order and verifies the existing settlement rules.
- Executes the Variance Calculation between Standard Cost (From Cost Estimate) – Actual cost which got posted against an order
- Executes Actual Settlement of Order to make the balances of order to Zero and it also triggers financial postings and inventory posting to material ledger
- Necessary attachments, email notifications, exception reports, status of the transactions are sent to the responsible team
